Currently people wanting to purchase a generic 'unlatched' BlackBerry handset (i.e. one that's not SIM-locked to a network) are forced to choose between the only two models available - the 8120 (WiFi Pearl) or 8320 (GPS Curve).

Well - not for much longer. Us nice folks at DeviceWire have been working hard to secure a distribution agreement that will expand the range of unlatched BlackBerry handsets available to the UK market. By the end of March, the following generic unlatched BlackBerry handsets will be available from DeviceWire.com:

- 8100 Pearl

- 8120 WiFi Pearl

- 8300 Curve

- 8310 GPS Curve

- 8320 WiFi Curve

- 8700

- 8800

- 8820

 

The 8707 and 8110 will also become available, but not until early April.

All of our BlackBerry handsets have the usual manufacturer's warranty, and are, of course, genuine UK stock.
