RIM have released service pack 5 for BES 4.1 (bringing the solution up to version 4.1.5). The upgrade is free to users of BES 4.1.x and can be downloaded from here:

New features include:
- Free / Busy calendar lookup
- Native file format support for certain attachment types
- Instant Messaging and Presence support
- Blackberry Web Desktop Manager - enbales users to install software onto their Blackberry handhelds without the need for the Blackberry Desktop Software to be installed onto their PCs or workstations
