As with previous service packs, this update can be applied to an existing installation of Intellisync version 8 without needing to reboot the server. A feature of particular note available in this update is the inclusion of remote control support for Nokia Symbian devices: administrators can now simultaneously view and perform remote functions on end user devices over the air, providing an efficient and cost-effective help desk tool.
