Devicewire Weblog

Welcome to the Devicewire weblog!

Hello and welcome to the Devicewire blog! We have been meaning to get this up and running for a while and now it is finally here!

My name is James Liddiard and I am the Network Manager for Hugh Symons Telecom. My aim for this blog is to hopefully share useful (if you're a geek!) information, almost certainly ramble a lot, and definitely avoid posting anything that might get me sacked!

I often get asked technical questions about Windows Mobile-based PDAs in general, and remote access and push email systems in particular, so my focus will be on the more technical side of the products that we sell, especially the new line in VoIP equipment. However, also posting will be the sales and product managers to extol the virtues of the latest and greatest 3G-capable devices, and educate on possible usage scenarios (and cost-saving measures) that you may not even have considered before. I will also be asking experts from across the business to contribute some pearls of wisdom from their respective fields.

I hope you enjoy (and keep returning to) our weblog, and be sure to register for a login to the Devicewire Forum!
